R2R Bulk Feeder Features & Benefits
• Only requires 3” of substrate fed from the ink jet machine
to begin the web tensioning process.
• Temperature controlled drying unit and 7’ web length
before the substrate gets wound within the take-up roller
nearly guarantees dry ink with any ink/substrate
combination.
• The printer can be fed forward or backward without any
limitations from the R2R device.
• The R2R device is completely independent of the printer
and does not connect electronically to the printer in any
way. It reacts only to the substrate tension from the ink
jet device.
• Optional heating units are available. Max 2 units per R2R.
• Heaters may vary depending on the type of printing.
• Heating units are focused away from the print heads.
